On a stunning summers day in the outskirts of Edinburgh, Peter & Rachel had the perfect intimate wedding. After getting ready at each of their family homes, they headed up to the very iconic St Cuthbert’s Church in Midlothian.

After their ceremony, these two headed back to Rachel’s home for a reception with their closest family and friends. Restrictions meant that they couldn’t have as any guests as they had originally planned, but that didn’t stop them from having such a memorable day.

After the speeches we sneaked off to Forth Bridge, which wasn’t too far from their reception, and had one of the most amazing couple sessions I photographed to date. They had this place all to themselves, which meant that they could completely lost in the moment and show how pure the love is between the two of them. There is something about Edinburgh weddings never fail to disappoint me.
