Photo / Film Services - What I Offer.

I offer a variety of different photography and film packages, which have been specifically tailored over the last few years to best suit each scenario, whether that’s an engagement shoot, a wedding or an elopement. For my Photography services, all of the high-resolution images will be delivered through an online gallery, where both you and your guests will be able to download all of the final images. I also find it important to have regular contact with my couples before your wedding, so I will organise a pre-wedding consultation a few weeks out from the date, to chat through all of those important details. For Film, I offer a single package, which is my Highlight Film (4-8 minutes long), which documents all of those important moment from your day. I also offer Ceremony & Speeches videos, which means you will have the full recording and audio from these parts of your wedding.

Are You Available for Our Date?

How Many Photos Will We Receive?

I normally try to deliver as many high quality images to the couple as possible that best tells the story of your day! Normally, I would say that this ranges from 600-700 images from a full-day, but can be up-to as many as 1000.

We Are Worried About Being in Front of the Camera.

Don’t worry too much about this. Almost all of my couples don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I completely understand that, because I would feel the exact same (Ironically as a wedding photographer!). One thing that some of my couples do worry about is the couple photos, but I always want to make this as simple and enjoyable for you. We will often go for a short walk (10-20 mins) during your reception, and I often just capture some relaxed images along the way. I’m really not about posing and making you do anything that might make you feel uncomfortable. I may give you a little bit of direction at times, but ultimately I will leave you to just enjoy the time together away from everyone. If you are really nervous, then I would probably suggest we go for a pre-wedding shoot, where you will see how easy it can be in front of my camera.

Are You Insured?

Yes. I have both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, meaning I am fully covered for your wedding day. If you do need to see a copy of my PLI at all, just let me know and I can get it sent over to you.

Can We Adjust / Add to Our Package Once We Have Booked?

This is totally fine. I completely understand that it can be hard to be certain on timelines and guest numbers, as well as other factors. If you want to upgrade your photo package closer to the time, or you want to add a highlight film to your day, then I can definitely look into this and hopefully make it possible.

How Do We Book?

The best thing to do is to fill in my contact form, where you can tell me all about your plans. I usually aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, where I will send you over my investments page, which details all of my packages and prices. Then, I would normally organise for us to have a call, just so we can have a chat about your plans and also get to meet each other, and then I will send over a contract to sign, along with a 10% deposit to secure the date.

Do You Travel for Weddings?

Yes! I absolutely love to travel for weddings, and I have actually been fortunate enough to travel up and down the UK to photograph weddings in some truly beautiful locations. I normally ask for my couples to pay accommodation and travel expenses if their wedding is more than 2 hours from Sheffield, but I normally cap this at £200 for UK weddings. For destination weddings, this would be slightly different, however I will always try and work on a budget and discuss this with you before booking anything to make sure it works for both of us.

Do You Sell Prints?

Prints will be available to purchase through the online gallery that will be delivered to you. Pic-Time has a really easy and efficient way of making sure that you can select and print your favourite photos from its galleries. Also, all of my images come with unlimited printing rights, so you can also print the images through your own printing means too.
